"Really disappointing anniversary dinner"
We came in excited and in a great mood because it was our anniversary, but the whole experience just fell flat. It didn’t feel special at all, and I left feeling frustrated. I wouldn’t choose this place for a special occasion again.

"Meat didn’t seem fresh"
When I opened the package, the meat had a weird smell and the color just didn’t look right. I didn’t feel comfortable cooking it or feeding it to my family. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any way to talk to an actual person about it, just automated options, which wasn’t helpful at all.

"Recent support experience was solid"
I had a small issue with my latest order, and since it just happened, it’s definitely the part of the experience I’m remembering most. Support got back to me quickly, explained what went wrong, and helped get it sorted without making it a big hassle. It took a little longer than I was hoping, but based on this recent interaction, I’d say the customer service was good overall.

"Discounts seemed better at first ??"
I placed an order on themeatclub.com.sg after seeing a promo, thinking I was going to get a decent deal. But once I got to checkout, the discount didn’t really look as good as I expected ??
Some items didn’t seem to qualify, and the free delivery minimum felt a bit higher than I thought it would be. Maybe I missed something in the fine print, but it wasn’t super obvious to me.
The meat itself was fine, so no real complaints there. I just felt a bit let down by the promo because I thought I’d be saving more.

"Not really worth the price"
I ordered from here once i was disappointed. The portions were smaller than I expected, and it wasn’t super clear from the menu or descriptions what I was actually getting, which was annoying. The food itself was okay, not bad, but nothing special either. For what they’re charging, I expected a lot better. I probably wouldn’t order again.

I was frustrated because the product details still didn’t match what I ordered. Mistakes happen, but at some point someone needs to take responsibility and make sure the information is accurate before it gets to the customer

I waited around all day for the order, and the meat still showed up late with no real update. It was frustrating because I kept wondering if I’d lost my money or if the food would even be okay by the time it arrived.

I tried them once and wasn’t happy with the experience. The whole ordering process felt kind of stressful, like I was being rushed or pressured into making decisions before I was ready. On top of that, I didn’t feel like the value was really there for what I paid. I probably wouldn’t use them again.

I tried these and they were good!!! The flavour was nice, but I do think they could use a bit more seasoning to really bring it all together!!! Not bad at all though!!!

I’ve tried ordering the popular cuts a few times now, and pretty much every time they’re either sold out or not even showing up. It’s really, really frustrating when you’ve planned dinner around something and then can’t get it. The site itself is fine, but the stock is just way too hit or miss.

I just had this recently it was way fattier than I expected. The marbling looked more messy than nice, and it felt like I was cutting around fat the whole time. Maybe I caught a bad batch, but after this one, I’m not really tempted to buy it again

I tried to place an order, but the payment kept failing and the whole checkout process felt kind of messy. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “try again in a bit” and “make sure your payment details are correct,” which didn’t really help much. After a few attempts, I just gave up and didn’t finish the purchase

Ordered from themeatclub.com.sg and yeah, it was mostly simple. The website was easy to move around, checkout was quick, no big drama there. Only thing was the delivery slot part, had to look at it twice because it wasn’t super clear to me at first. But after poking around a bit, I figured it out. Got the confirmation email after the order went through, so all good in the end. Decent experience overall, just maybe that delivery info could be a bit clearer.

A couple of pages loaded a bit slow for me, and the filters could be abit better, but it wasn't a big deal. I still found what I needed without much hassle.

I got frustrated with the subscription setup. I just wanted to pause or change my order for one week, and it felt like way more effort than it should’ve been. I kept clicking around trying to figure it out and ended up feeling kind of stuck.
Maybe it’s fine if you never need to make changes, but for me it was too rigid and annoying to deal with. I cancelled because I don’t want to work that hard just to manage a subscription.
